It’s official, The Collective Plate team will be at the New Times’ Iron Fork Miami on August 1st! Once again, Miami New Times is bringing together some of Miami’s best restaurants all under one roof. As if that wasn’t a full plate, the most skilled chefs in the area will showdown to see who’s boss. Think Iron Chef… 3-0-5 style. And instead of kitchen stadium it’s the Arsht Center.

Technically the kick-off to one of the most beloved Miami Temptations events, Miami Spice. Like New York’s Restaurant Week, restaurants all over South Florida will offer special prix fixe meals. That way you can hit up your favorite spot or try something new – without breaking the bank. Seasoned patrons will tell you that Iron Fork is the best way to start your must-eat list of restaurants.

Iron Fork is days away and (lucky) MasterCard holders get a 20% discount on tickets. That’s $32 per person to try some of the tastiest eats that Miami has to offer. The event will host around 3,000 foodies! Meeting awesome foodies + delicious eats + a chef cooking competition = priceless! Get your tickets… now.

Stay tuned to @MasterCard & @Priceless on Twitter and New Times Iron Fork on Facebook for news on the event. We’ll be on the ground on August 1st so stay tuned to @collectivepl8 on Twitter & Instagram.

See ya there!

PS: If there’s a restaurant that you want us to check out during Miami Spice, leave it in the comments on tweet us! We know our fans have great taste. 😉
