a. Pulled Rotisserie Chicken Sandwich // Crumb on Parchment
One of the best sandwiches I have ever had. It is mixed with caramelized apples, onions, arugula, and goat cheese squeezed between a pair of warm Ciabatta bread. FYI- Crumb on Parchment in the Miami Design District is only open Mon-Fri 9am-4:30pm

a. Mofongo // Benny’s Seafood Restaurant
Mofongo is one of my favorite Puerto Rican dishes and I enjoy it at Bennyโ€™s seafood. Mofongo is fried plantain, garlic, pork rinds, oil, salt, and pepper mashed up and served in a wooden mortar. I usually have my mofongo topped with fried chicken. My drink of choice with this dish is a refreshing mango shake.

c. Causa // CVI.CHE 105
Causa is a Peruvian dish made with yellow potato cake, a layer of crab meat, and topped with a soft orange cream sauce. Ceviche105 offers a variety of Peruvian dishes and is also popular for its ceviche.

d. French Macarons // Atelier Monnier
The colorful French macarons here are AMAZING and are made fresh daily. They even offer a fine selection of wine, ice cream, bread, and pastries.
